Introducing Klarna to Niche Bazaar Studio.

Introducing Klarna to Niche Bazaar Studio.

It’s been a long time coming, and we’re glad to finally offer Klarna for all online orders! For those curious to know more, we’ve compiled a FAQ on what this means, and why we chose Klarna.

What is Klarna?

Klarna is a payment processor that allows customers to spread the cost over three months, or the option to buy now, and pay later once you are definitely happy with them.

For more of a history lesson, Klarna was founded in 2005 in Stockholm, Sweden with the aim of making it easier for people to shop online. Klarna is now one of Europe’s largest banks and is providing payment solutions for 85 million consumers across more than 200,000 merchants in 17 countries.

Why are you offering Klarna as a payment option?

We believe everyone should have access to high quality eyewear and lenses that best represent their own style. Niche has been able to offer split payment options in-store for some time now, but we weren’t sure how to best offer this online as well.

We considered doing this in-house, as we have seen done by other UK brands. Other UK brands who offer payment plans in-house often only ship the product until the final payment. We didn’t feel this was the best option when it’s something as important as eyewear. Here at Niche, we felt it was more important to have the eyewear as soon as possible, and organise a payment plan while you get to enjoy your new frames.

Why Klarna?

Our goal is to always offer exceptional service, and we feel Klarna aligns with our service standards. We chose Klarna as it is trustworthy, easy to understand, and would allow us to focus on sending out the best eyewear we can.

We hope it has been interesting to hear our thought process behind this! And we hope our customer enjoy the flexibility this offers.

With Love,

The Niche Team
